Cupcake Decorating course

This four week course was run at Glasdir Skills Academy by Emma James Cakes.

It involved learning techniques such as piped buttercream flowers, cut out flowers, embossing, stencilling and colour appreciation. Using the mediums of sugar paste, royal icing and buttercream.
