Molly and Marc’s Wedding Cake.

Congratulations to Molly and Marc who got married on the 1st of July, 2023 at the beautiful location of Tros Yr Afon, Beaumaris, on Anglesey, North Wales.

Molly and Marc had a four-tiered sponge wedding cake, which was to cater as the dessert for their family and friends.

The top two tiers were gluten-free whilst the bottom two were regular sponges. The two gluten-free cakes were coffe cake and raspberry and rosewater cake and the bottom two tiers were the same flavours.

The four tiers were covered in white sugarpaste with royal icing piped line work around the top of each tier.

The flowers were handmade with sugar flower paste, which were wired together. The pink sweetpeas cascaded down the front of the cake in an ombre effect.

I received a lovely email from Molly and Marc saying how much they enjoyed their cake.

“Thank you so so much for the wonderful cake. It was very popular and no one noticed the gluten free!! It looked spectacular on the cake stand as we walked in.”
