Congratulations to Gareth and Ernesta, who got married on 3rd July and had their reception at Seiont Manor in Llanrug, North Wales.
They had a three-tiered vegan wedding cake and the flavours were inspired by the different Ferrero Rocher confectionery.
The top tier was inspired by the Raffaello confectionery. It had almond sponge, with almond syrup and a vegan coconut buttercream. Then finished with desiccated coconut around the outside.
The middle tier was inspired by the classic Ferrero Rocher confectionery. It had a chocolate sponge and filled with a hazelnut chocolate ganache. Then finished with toasted hazelnuts around the outside.
The bottom tier was inspired by Rondnoir confectionery. It had a vanilla sponge, covered with vanilla syrup and filled with a dark chocolate ganache. Then finished with dark chocolate curls.
The couple were very happy with their cake and said it tasted just like their favourite treats.
