This delicate three-tiered pink and white wedding cake was created using a range of techniques.
The top tier has embossed roses into the white sugar paste. The middle tier has white brush embroidered flowers onto the baby pink sugar paste and the bottom tier has pink royal icing stencilled flowers, which stands out against the white sugar paste.
Around the base of each cake there are small piped shells. The cake is topped off with a large full petal pink peony flower. A beautiful cake fitting for Spring and Summer weddings.
