White Chocolate & Coconut

This set of three cakes blends the wonderful tastes of Indian with the style of Italy. The three tiers were vanilla sponge, layered with cardamon buttercream and mango preserve, creating an exciting taste sensation.

The outside of each cake was decorated with white chocolate cigarillos and toasted desiccated coconut on top. To finish the cakes in style, each was topped with handmade sugar paste red roses and white calla lilies, which matched the brides bouquet of flowers.
