Cake Ingredients

Cakes and cake decorations may contain the 14 known food allergens. In accordance with the EU Food Information for Consumers, 2014.

Cakes and cake decorations may not be suitable for Nut, Peanut, Wheat, Eggs and Dairy allergy sufferers and Coeliacs due to baking and production methods. Please contact Emma for more information.

Customers are respectfully advised that, due to the nature of the way in which cakes are prepared, it is not possible to exclude the possibility of allergen cross-contamination. It is therefore not possible to guarantee the absence of allergens in cakes and cake decorations.

Emma James reserves the right to refuse to create a cake for a customer in the event that the customer declares any form of allergy or intolerance to a specific ingredient or ingredients, even where the cake ordered does not comprise an ingredient to which the customer has any form of intolerance or allergy.
