Alice in Wonderland Silhouettes

This wedding cake is stylised theme of Disney’s Alice in Wonderland.

All the characters were hand cut out of black modelling paste, which is silhouetted against a tall white three tiered cake.

The cake tells the story of Alice in Wonderland, starting from the bottom tier moving through to the top tier.  Occasionally the images are broken up with black swirls, dots and red roses.

The cake is finished off  with a silhouetted plaque of Alice and the Mad Hatter looking at each other, which is made out of Fimo clay.
